It is important to clients, when choosing the right legal representation, that their business dealings are handled by a corporate lawyer who is skilled, detail-oriented, and attentive to their needs. Their chosen lawyer must have the ability to see the “Big Picture” and recognize what concerns need to be addressed. My goal is to make each and every client understand the legal aspects of their transaction and feel that when it comes to their business, they can place their utmost confidence in my work; they can feel certain that their corporate needs are in capable hands.
I have been exposed to nearly every area of law, but my primary focus has been in Corporate and Commercial Law as well as Commercial and Residential Real Estate.
